Financial Analyst / Accounting Assistant – Confidential Healthcare Company

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco
Monthly salary: MXN $18,000 net
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

A company specializing in professional weight management treatments is adding a Financial Analyst / Accounting Assistant to its team. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial information, monitoring daily transactions, and generating reliable data to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Compile financial information for profit and loss statements
- Analyze operating expenses and identify significant variances
- Prepare bank reconciliations and review account activity
- Record revenue, expense, and general journal entries
- Review expense reports and supporting documentation
- Process payments to vendors and service providers
- Support invoicing and accounts payable processes
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management




- Assist with additional administrative and financial projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar position
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills — required
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
- Knowledge of financial reporting, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and expense control
