A successful incumbent is expected to i Lead continuous improvement activities and develop local coaches and training identify the stakeholders and objectives for Kaizen and or valuestream map VSM events, and ii Analyze data required to understand problem root causes, or key drivers of required results. Requires 4 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Lean Engineer and a minimum Lead continuous improvement activities and develop local coaches and training identify the stakeholders and objectives for Kaizen and or valuestream map VSM events
Analyze data required to understand problem root causes, or key drivers of required results
Provide process improvement training to applicable areas and lead the implementation of lean manufacturing methodologies
Provide guidelines and standards for the design of the manufacturing floor and facilitate implementation
Support the determination of critical business metrics and build dashboards, scorecards, and other measurement systems and KPIs ensure MDI process standardization
Identify and drive improvement opportunities based on data, customer feedback and stakeholder inputs, while ensuring crossfunctional alignment and stakeholder buyin
Identify opportunities for waste reduction, establish and rollout plans in partnership with leadership of relevant teams
Create standardized processes and ensure implementation of standardized operating systems
Lead the process for proper selection of high value projects based on strategic fit, RONA, Revenue Growth, etc.

Bachelors degree
Lean Manufacturing Certification
Green Belt Certification Experience
7 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Lean Engineer Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge and experience in Layout Projection
Working knowledge of Autocad and Minitab
Working knowledge of Lean Tools and implementation
