**Customer Service & Sales Representative - Supplement Support (WFH After Training)**

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as **Customer Service & Sales Representatives** for a leading supplement brand! You’ll handle inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, make sales, and ensure customer retention for high-quality wellness products.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with the potential to transition to **Work From Home (WFH)** after training!

**What We Offer**:

- **Weekly Base Pay**: $2,167.52 MXN (36 hours)
- **Performance Bonuses**: Up to $1,130 MXN weekly (includes quality, performance, and connection bonuses).
- **Total Weekly Earnings**: Up to $3,297.52 MXN.
- **Flexible Schedule**:

- Week 1**:Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM**:

- Week 2**:Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM**

**Key Responsibilities**:





- Answer inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Promote and close sales of wellness products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to build long-term loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable with a versátil schedule and ability to work independently after training.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $2,167.00 - $3,297.00 per week

Expected hours: 36 per week
