The Fixed Assets Analyst is responsible for analyzing and executing activities and processes related to the fixed assets cycle for all sites in the United States and Canada, within the scope of the four ERPs we manage (Oracle NA12, SAP, SCM, and QAD).
This role is key to mitigating significant business risks and ensuring that fixed asset operations continue to run smoothly, under the responsibilities detailed below.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analysis and accurate execution of month-end closing activities.
- Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Tracker.
- Creation of monthly and annual reports and metrics.
- Execution of physical and remote inventories (all PPG sites in both regions).
- Analysis, validation, integration, and upload of account reconciliations on the platform.
- Respond to internal and external audit requirements and provide follow-up.
- Activities to update internal controls (audit committee, SOPs, etc.).
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2 years of experience in fixed assets.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written) is required.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (US GAAP).
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables,



functions).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle is a plus).
