**Job Objective**
Plan, coordinate, and optimize the company’s logistics activities, ensuring efficient operations in inventory management, transportation, receiving, and distribution of goods, in order to meet established quality, cost, and time standards.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to end customers.
- Supervise storage, inventory control, and distribution processes.
- Manage and negotiate with logistics providers (carriers, warehouses, customs, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize routes, time, and costs.
- Ensure compliance with customs, tax, and safety regulations.
- Use ERP or TMS systems to track orders and control processes.
- Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, sales, production) to ensure a smooth supply chain.
- Resolve logistics issues and provide timely support to internal and external customers.
**Job Requirements**
- **Nationality**: Chinese (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of land, sea, and/or air transportation (domestic and international).
- Proficiency in technological tools: Advanced Excel, ERP (SAP,



Oracle, etc.), TMS/WMS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- **Languages**: English (required), Spanish and Korean (preferred).
- Availability to travel (if required).
