Responsibilities

•Provide expert remote desktop support to ensure smooth and efficient operations for all users.

•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

•Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective support strategies.

•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in desktop support.

•Ensure all support requests are logged and tracked in the system for accurate reporting and analysis.

•Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency and reduce support requests.





•Oversee the installation and configuration of desktop systems and software applications.

•Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to prevent disruptions.

•Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of hardware and software issues.

•Document all support processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery.

•Provide feedback and recommendations for improving support processes and user experience.

•Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all support activities.

•Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
