Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Ensenada, Baja California. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining service quality, coordinating bookings, and handling customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.



The Manager will also focus on driving business growth through promotional campaigns, staff training, and managing partnerships with local businesses. Providing a welcoming, professional environment and ensuring compliance with company standards is key.

Qualifications

- Team leadership skills, including scheduling, staff training, and conflict resolution
- Strong organizational abilities for managing daily operations and multitasking
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences
- Marketing and business development knowledge to grow Mobile Service, including promotional campaign execution
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Familiarity with spa or wellness industry standards is an advantage
- Proficiency with scheduling software or similar tools is a plus
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Relevant experience in a management or supervisory role is highly desirable
