We are seeking a high-performance, bilingual Business Development Representative based in Latin America to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the primary engine for our outbound and inbound growth. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential prospects, navigating complex organizational structures to reach decision-makers, and qualifying leads for our closing team.
This is a "Hunter" role that requires high emotional intelligence, resilience, and a sophisticated communication style suited for the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Execute cold calling campaigns targeting C-level and Mid-level management in the USA. You must be adept at building rapport with gatekeepers to secure access to decision-makers.
- Inbound Lead Conversion: Promptly engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing efforts, moving them efficiently through the top of the funnel.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Manage and optimize outreach sequences using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, professional email, and phone.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery to ensure prospects meet our Idóneo Customer Profile (ICP) and have the authority/need for our services.
- Calendar Management: Schedule qualified discovery calls directly onto the leadership team's calendar with detailed briefing notes.
Requirements
- Fluency:
Exceptional, near-native English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Ability to pivot conversations naturally and handle objections with poise.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales development, specifically targeting the North American market.
- Market Alignment: Must be available to work full-time during US Business Hours (EST or CST).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) and automated outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach).
- Mindset: Results-oriented with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding monthly meeting quotas.
Compensation & Performance Structure
We believe in rewarding results. This role offers a stable base with a high-upside commission structure.
- Base Salary: $1,500 USD per month (Fixed).
- Variable Commission: $25 – $50 USD per qualified meeting held (depending on lead quality/source).
- Performance Bonuses: Monthly kickers for exceeding meeting quotas and successfully navigating complex gatekeepers.
- Estimated Monthly Take-Home: $1,800 – $2,600+ USD (Base + Commission).
