We are currently hiring for one of our clients who needs assistance with LinkedIn direct messaging strategies and light marketing tasks. **Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **LinkedIn Messaging & Marketing Assistant** to help manage LinkedIn messaging strategies and support our client in marketing tasks. You will be responsible for initiating and following up on LinkedIn conversations using a structured framework, identifying Adecuado Customer Profiles (ICPs), and assisting with other marketing tasks like drafting responses and newsletters using internally built ChatGPT prompts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **LinkedIn Outreach**:
- Open conversations with potential leads using a pre-built messaging framework.
- Follow up with leads and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Verify whether contacts match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and add qualified leads to the pipeline.
- **Marketing Assistance**:
- Assist with creating first drafts of reporter responses, newsletters, and other marketing content using internally developed ChatGPT prompts.




- Ensure key marketing tasks are completed while the client focuses on higher ROI activities.
**Qualifications**:
- **English Proficiency**: Upper intermediate (B2 level) or higher.
- **Experience**: Prior experience with LinkedIn outreach or marketing is a plus, but not required as tasks are easily teachable.
- **Tech Skills**: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) is preferred.
- **Time Zone**: Ability to work within 1-2 hours of Central Timezone.
- **Quick Learner**: Able to pick up new frameworks and tools quickly.
**Performance Expectations**:
- Successfully manage and follow up on LinkedIn conversations.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Complete marketing tasks in a timely manner.
