Position Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Recruiter Team Lead
with strong experience in agency recruiting, team leadership, and international hiring operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, results-driven, and comfortable managing recruitment pipelines for US-based clients while leading and mentoring recruiters across multiple regions.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong recruiting strategy, and the ability to work in high-volume and fast-paced hiring environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor an international recruiting team
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for US-based clients
Source, interview, and qualify candidates across multiple industries
Support recruiters with sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and pipeline management




Ensure hiring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
Collaborate with leadership regarding hiring priorities and recruitment operations
Maintain strong communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams
Help improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience
Handle high-priority and difficult-to-fill positions
Requirements
Advanced English level (C1 minimum required)
4+ years of experience in agency recruiting
Previous experience leading recruiters or recruiting teams
Experience recruiting for US-based companies or clients
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
Availability to work PST or Central Time schedules
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting technical or IT roles
International recruitment experience
Experience working with distributed/global teams
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting metrics/KPIs
