Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Puerto Escondido, OAX, for an Inside Sales professional. The role involves building relationships with potential and existing clients, generating and qualifying leads, and fostering strong customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, following up on inquiries, closing deals, and addressing customer feedback to ensure a positive experience.

About the position

We are looking for a responsible, proactive person with a growth mindset to join our team in Puerto Escondido.

Schedule: Full day of 7 hours. Flexible schedule depending on activities.

1.5 days off per week.

Salary and benefits

Starting salary: $15,000 per month + sales bonus.

Salary will increase based on responsibilities taken on.

Vacation: 14 days off from the first year, calculated on a prorated basis from the first day of work.

Opportunity to develop as a Sales Executive and reach an Agency Manager position within 2–3 years.

Main responsibilities

Lead management and sales: digital, in-person, and phone | Customer service | Coordination of client payments | Handling check-ins/check-outs | Management and administration of the reservation system | Handling agency basics – presenting products and maintaining a clean workspace.

Profile we’re looking for

Punctual, professional, and disciplined.

Focused on fully mastering their area and processes.

Experience in sales and customer service – minimum 1 year.

Digital skills – comfortable using computers and digital tools.

Affinity for adventure (:

Languages: Spanish / English – required.

An additional language is a plus.

Valid driver’s license for a car (required) and motorcycle (a plus).
