Job Title: Customer Service Sales Representative

Location: Ciudad de Mexico

Note: In BGV – Drug test is there.

Note:

Training will be for 5 weeks. We cannot have people going on long vacation for the first 2 months. If you have someone going for vacation outside of the 5 week training window.

Training schedule will be shared before onboarding

Our operations schedule is from 8 am to 8 pm EST( M-F). we are looking at candidates who can work any 8 hour schedule within that 12 hour window. We are not looking for resources who are looking for a particular shift. Some OT Will be required now and then. At this time we are not supporting on weekends but that may come up in the future

JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Sales Representative primary responsibility is to have problem solving skills and can turn any situation into an great customer experience. This role will combine elements of customer service and sales. Sales & Service Consultants are responsible for creating an exceptional experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Duties include, but are not limited to:
2. Promoting and/saving products and services
3.



Providing an excellent customer experience via phone
4. Negotiating and completing save/service order requests from customers.
5. Working with customers patiently, tactfully, and efficiently
6. Accurately informing customers of various fees and adjustments.
7. Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs.
8. Active listening skills
9. Ability to follow tactical call flows to optimize the customer experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Outstanding Customer Service skills.
2. Excellent skills in the following areas: Communication - Interpersonal - Analytical - Problem Solving.
3. Basic math skills, data entry skills, and sales aptitude
4. Understanding of hardware (peripherals) with moderate-to-high level software, and hardware troubleshooting skills.
5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERENCES

1. Previous Customer Service experience in a high volume
2. 2+ years of Call Center experience or equivalent required
3. 1 yr contact center and 1 yr retention experience are preferred
4. High school diploma or the equivalent
5. 18 Years of age or older
