What You'll Be Doing
Supervise tooling and equipment development, ensuring availability and compliance with standards.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, assembly equipment, tooling, and fixtures, implementing error-proofing systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards like IATF *****, API, ISO, and FDA/NSF,



and maintain documentation for PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
Lead training and development for engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Support new product development, coordinating tooling or process design and executing engineering changes.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in extrusion or continuous manufacturing engineering.
Proficiency in automation processes, PLC programming, and AutoCAD.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative style, with experience in supplier negotiation.
Fluent in English, with leadership and problem-solving abilities.
