**Danfoss Power Solutions Segment** is looking for a **Supply Chain Consultant**who will be part of a integral team.
We are building a strong Center of Excellence for Supply Chain Collaboration with internal and external partners.
We perform strong process ownership and streamline processes through development of frameworks.
We drive alignment and implementation of strategic projects across our business Divisions.
You will have a key role driving excellence in our collaboration processes between Supply Chain and Customer Care and be responsible for implementation of strategic projects and concepts.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Lead strategic projects in a timely and effective manner to support our growth objectives and customer requirements.
- Be the first point of contact for escalation.
- Create clear roles and responsibilities for processes and procedures.
- Drive successful cross-functional stakeholder engagement for alignment and handshake.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Secure solid and easy-to-understand documentation for the organization.
- Drive and lead continuous improvement activities to ensure processes are efficient, well implemented, and globally aligned to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead problem resolution through fact-based root cause problem-solving.
- Ensure clear communication channels across business and different stakeholders.
- Develop measurements and KPIs to support performance transparency.




**Background & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field combined with a solid background in Supply Chain.
- 5 years experience(at least)
- Strong Project Management skills and comfortable being in front and driving progress.
- Exceptional analytical skills and able to drive fact-based problem-solving.
- Experienced user of SAP ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the corporation and outside of it.
- Ability to successfully engage with and collaborate with diverse stakeholders - both internal and external.
- Works in a structured, systematic manner and can prioritize tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
- Self-driven and puts high quality into the work being done.
- Naturally curious as a person.
