**Multi-Site HR Business Partner (Mexico)****Location**: Mexicali & Tecate, Baja California, Mexico**Salary**: MX$900,000 annually + benefits**Work Model**: On-site (3 days in Mexicali, 2 days in Tecate)**About the Role**We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on **Multi-Site HR Business Partner** to lead and manage all Human Resources functions across our two manufacturing sites in **Mexicali (320 employees)** and **Tecate (61 employees)**.
**Key Responsibilities**- Act as the primary HR point of contact for both Mexicali and Tecate facilities- Oversee all HR operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and Mexican labor regulations- Lead employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with **Mexican labor laws (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAT, NOM)**:- Support payroll processes, including pre-payroll validation, time tracking, reporting, and coordination with Finance- Partner with site leadership and Corporate HR to align HR strategies with business objectives- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs for operational and administrative staff- Administer IMSS processes (registrations, salary updates, risk premiums, disability management, and reporting)- Oversee PTU, savings fund, seniority bonus, and year-end bonus calculations and distribution- Ensure compliance with NOM-035 and lead employee wellbeing initiatives- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and incident reporting for payroll accuracy- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation- Manage INFONAVIT and FONACOT processes and deductions- Lead employee engagement, recognition programs, and internal events- Prepare and present HR, payroll, and compliance reports to management- Support organizational change, performance management,



and continuous improvement initiatives- Collaborate with U.S.based leadership and support cross-border HR initiatives**Qualifications & Skills**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)- **5-7+ years of progressive HR experience**, preferably in multi-site manufacturing or industrial environments- **Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)**:- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulatory frameworks**:LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAT, NOM**:- Experience managing employee relations, compliance, and workforce administration- Proven ability to create and implement HR policies and programs- Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., Contpaq-i, Nomipaq, SUA, IDSE, Tempo-Control or similar tools)- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution- Experience in multi-cultural or multi-country environments is a plus- Private equity or investor-backed company experience is a plus**Additional Requirements**- Ability to travel **25%-30%**, including occasional travel to the United States- Willingness to work on-site across both locations (Mexicali and Tecate)Application Question(s):- Do you have 5-7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment?
