- Provides leadership to BU,



promoting hygiene focus Develops and drives improvement in GMP and Hygiene standards Designs measurement and metrics to monitor non conformance complaints and satisfaction ratings about GMP & Higyene complaiance Leads collaboration of regional network of complaint coordinators Leads teams to implement best practice systems and processes for handling customer complaints Reviews and improves all integral policies and procedures relating to hygiene & quality standards Ensures processes are in place to capture and implement all the requirements Evaluates and improves customer satisfaction Develops, collects, analyses and interprets complaint data Reviews quality performance with top management against established KPIs Identifies and drives quality initiatives with own and cross-functional teams Drives pro-actively improvements in quality KPIs and review KPI performance Promotes quality culture and behavior through communication and training programs
