Job Summary
As Plant Manager, you will join our Operations and Maintenance team In this role,



you will report to Chief Operations Officer LATAM and will have the opportunity to act as the single‑point accountable leader of the Cogeneration Plant, with full responsibility for safety, operations, maintenance, commercial performance, regulatory compliance, people leadership, and budget control.
The role’s primary objective is to maximize the long‑term profitability, availability, and reliability of the plant by ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant delivery of electricity and steam in accordance with contractual commitments, while fostering a strong safety culture, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
