Payroll Admin Manager
We are seeking a Payroll Admin Manager to lead and optimize payroll operations across the organization. You will be building and working with a team of highly motivated professionals focused on ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

Managing payroll execution and administration in Workday .

Driving process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Developing advanced Excel models for labor cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Ensuring compliance with legal payroll regulations and collective labor agreements.

Supporting strategic initiatives in labor cost reduction and workforce planning.

Collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align payroll operations with corporate policies and employee relations strategies.

Detailed Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the end‑to‑end payroll process for all IS Mexico locations , ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Administrator of the Time & Attendance system and PNET .

Act as legal representative for approvals in IMSS (Social Security), FONACOT, and INFONAVIT systems .

Configure, execute, and validate payroll processes in Workday (mandatory) and PeopleSoft .

Responsible for accounting reports to Finance and financial administration of HR budgets.

Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for labor cost analysis, forecasting, and payroll simulations.

Drive automation initiatives to streamline payroll processes, reduce manual workload, and improve efficiency.

Implement strategies for labor cost reduction aligned with organizational financial goals.

Manage and negotiate collective labor agreements , fostering fair and sustainable labor relations.

Ensure compliance with legal payroll regulations and attend all government tax audits .





Responsible for compliance with STPS audits related to payroll.

Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and regulatory adherence.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align payroll operations with corporate policies and workforce strategies.

Provide Finance with all payroll‑related information required for budget preparation .

Maintain ethical and professional conduct in all activities performed.

Comply with Internal Work Regulations and plant policies.

Fulfill responsibilities and duties assigned in accordance with organizational changes and evolving company needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in multinational companies.

Strong expertise in Workday (must‑have) and experience with PeopleSoft .

Advanced Excel skills : financial modeling, macros, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Proven experience in process automation within payroll administration.

Solid knowledge of legal payroll regulations and collective labor agreements.

Experience in HR and labor relations.

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Strong leadership, communication, and results‑oriented mindset.
