Responsibilities
The Opportunity
- Integrate global and local insights and capabilities to enhance shopper and customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Analyze data trends and transform them into actionable insights that can drive exponential growth within the channel.
- Drive innovation through AI-powered solutions, retail media strategies, and advanced analytics to accelerate digital commerce growth and enhance customer engagement
- Develop engagement frameworks with retailers and consumers to drive conversion, loyalty, and long-term partnerships. Titanes and World Class Cutomer Engagement initiatives
- Lead annual eCommerce planning and budget management, attracting and developing new business partners, exploring new segments, and integrating digital projects that ensure growth and profitability.
- Support the definition of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and customer strategies by identifying new global and local capabilities and omnichannel actions to capture short- and long-term growth opportunities.
- Define SLAs and manage execution of digital transformation strategies and omnichannel projects with business partners.
- Lead the digital transformation agenda, strategic projects that strengthen PepsiCo's presence and competitiveness in eCommerce.
- Act as an internal advocate for digital transformation, fostering collaboration and proactive communication across all organizational levels.
Your Impact
As Digital Capabilities Manager your scope would consist of
- Lead & ensure execution of the segment strategy by deliver online annual sales targets above the market for new accounts, development of new segments, business units, brands & within profit to grow overall; Ensuring long term sustainability & equity in the market.
- Define strategy for relevant and accurate SEO, eWCCE and ePerfect Store strategies that drive conversion and engagement
- Ensure Top 2 advantage ranking in as the best omnichannel vendor and Digital Strategy
- Lead, create and execute digital initiatives including projects such, Perfect Digital Store, Pure players service levels enhancement & omnichannel capabilities integration.
- Use analytics & webscrapping tools to optimize segmented campaings, investments & conversion through digital campaigns and measure Share of Market
- Co-implement retail media frameworks in collaboration with key partners to maximize visibility and ROI.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of digital capabilities across cross-functional teams
- Understand top customer capabilities to test & learn and maximize potential through the year with data analytics and client inputs such as (Search, segmentation, streaming, banners, insights, first positions, sampling, others)
- Own the online/digital customer relationships to become a trusted advisor, creating strategic partnerships which have long-term aspirations to be strategic alliances with new partners leading the eWCCE agenda
- Monitor and advise on ePerfect store factors relating to PepsiCo product performance on partner platforms and identify opportunities to cross sell, up sell KER (Keyword Efficiency Rates) search and product boosting and shelf authority over top retailers.
- Constantly look for opportunities to drive incremental profitable growth and work closely with aligned internal resources to optimize PepsiCo products on pure players platforms and new business.
- Maintain scorecards & consistent KPIs – Provide and request for regular detailed insights of sales and media performance, summarising in scorecards to enable comparisons and insight tangible driven actions
- Deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growth in the market as identified in the Joint Business
- Be an internal advocate to support the Digital Transformation through proactive communication to top and bottom of the organization.
Qualifications
¿Who Are We Looking For?
- Master´s Degree or MBA in related areas Preferred
- Bacherlor's Degree (Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Administration, Finance or related)
- Extra eCommerce or scrum certifications, courses or postgraduate programs desired.
- +6 years of experience in ecommerce
- Experience in developing or integrating eCommerce tools or eCommerce platforms
- Experience in driving successful omnichannel campaigns as a retailer or as a Vendor
- Disruptive digital mind, critical thinking - Always finding new ways of generating business, awareness, consideration, and conversion-driven by different market trends.
- Knowledge in Search engines optimization, content, user experience, keyword optimization, product ranking and relevance.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and retail media platforms to optimize digital performance
- Knowledge in the customer journey and E2E eCommerce funnel flows.
- Proven experience and a track record of exceptional sales performance within a B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms
- Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally
- Proactive approach – Lead strategies to imcrease online sales and enhance customer engagement
- Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
- Commercialy strong and innovative thinker who has resilience against blockeges and blockers
- Strong influencing skills to create right business partnerships from day 1

- Ability to balance big picture & specific details
- Strong written & verbal English communication skills
- Required experience in managing crossfunctional teams
