THE ROLE

n

We're looking for an innately curious and passionate AI Data Engineer to join our Dev Team. This role will be involved with the design and development of the data infrastructure that powers our enterprise AI agent ecosystems. You'll be at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business applications, creating scalable data solutions that enable human-quality AI interactions for thousands of users daily.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

Design conversation capture systems handling voice, SMS,



WhatsApp at enterprise scale.

n

Build multi-tenant analytics that isolate dealership data while enabling comparative insights.

n

Design and maintain robust data pipelines to support AI model training, dashboards, inference, integrations, etc.

n

AI/ML Data Support

n

Work with AI Engineers to build high-quality datasets for AI model training.

n

Participate in red teaming exercises to ensure consistent AI ecosystem performance.

n

Support data versioning and reproducibility for our AI ecosystem

n

PostgreSQL extensions and AI embeddings.

n

Webhook processing and API gateway design.

n

Design secure, multi-tenant data connectors for CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems

n

Build real-time analytics pipelines to power client dashboards.

n

Ensure data security measures meet SOC2-Type2 standards.

n

Infrastructure & Optimization

n

Manage CI/CD pipelines for data workflows and infrastructure as code.

n

Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance for cost efficiency and speed.

n

Implement comprehensive data quality validation and monitoring systems.

n

Collaborate with engineering team on system architecture and scalability planning.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills

n

3+ years experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields.

n

Expert-level Python programming and advanced querying skills.

n

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically: AWS and GCP.

n

Production experience with big data technologies.

n

Database expertise with both SQL and NoSQL systems.

n

API development and integration experience.

n

Industry Experience (Preferred)

n

Building data pipelines and integrations into CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and their APIs

n

Understanding of conversation AI and voice processing pipelines

n

Experience with telecommunications APIs
