Client Insights Analyst – CPG | US Market (Remote – LATAM)

Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a Client Insights Analyst to support U.S.-based CPG clients through strong data analysis and clear, actionable insights. This role sits within an analytics / best practice team and works closely with Client Insights Managers on ongoing reporting and category analysis.

This is a hands-on analytical role for someone who enjoys working with data, building reports in Excel and PowerPoint, and turning numbers into stories clients can actually use.

What you’ll be doing

- Analyze syndicated data (NielsenIQ, Circana/IRI, Kantar, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain recurring reports and presentations for clients
- Support category reviews, performance updates, and sales stories
- Work with Client Insights Managers to translate data into clear insights
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of deliverables
- Collaborate with regional and integral teams to meet deadlines





What we’re looking for

- 2+ years of experience in CPG/FMCG, market research, analytics, or consulting
- Hands-on experience working with syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana/IRI, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills (pivots, formulas, lookups) and solid PowerPoint skills
- Understanding of category management basics (distribution, pricing, share, velocity)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data
- Ability to support U.S. clients in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Previous exposure to U.S. retail channels
