Inventory Analyst

**_This position is located in Toluca (Parque Industrial San Cayetano)_**
**SUMMARY**:
- Execute all activities related to the accuracy of inventories of raw materials, packaging materials, products in process and finished products of the entire Toluca plant, following Barry Callebaut policies.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinate the execution of daily cycle counts in the warehouse
- Keep cycle count reports in the warehouse updated
- Reconcile with the Warehouse Coordinator the differences resulting from cycle counts
- Report daily the accuracy of warehouse cycle counts
- Identify variations in inventory in PR2 Production, through daily monitoring of:



confirmations in subsequent treatment and finished product adjustments.
- Report and explain all inventory variations by production line or impact area
- Report weekly the adjusted differences in the PR2 Production and warehouse areas.
- Weekly monitor the accuracy of inventories in external warehouses.
- Monitor inventory locations in SAP weekly, and ensure that movements are made on time.
- Randomly monitor the execution of movements in SAP.
- Weekly report and adjust damaged materials and consumption outside of BOM in the warehouse.
- Report on-site inventory adjustments monthly. Lead annual inventories in warehouses**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Industrial Engineering, any Engineering or equivalent
- Intermediate-advanced level English **(Must)**:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Desirable experience in using the SAP system (basic IM and MM)
- Combination of education and experience of 1-2 years in warehouse and inventory control areas
