with opportunities for growth as the department expands.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file Form **** with Pro Forma **** for foreign-owned LLCsPrepare Form ****-NR for non-resident individuals when applicableFile Form **** for multi-member LLCsPrepare Form **** for entity classification elections when requiredAssist with Form **** for S-Corp elections when applicablePrepare Form **** extensions when necessaryEnsure compliance with foreign-owned LLC reporting requirements, related party transaction reporting, and IRS deadlinesSupport compliance with Wyoming and Delaware state requirementsAssist with BOI / FinCEN reporting obligationsAdvise clients on US Trade or Business (USTB), Effectively Connected Income (ECI), and non-resident tax exposureGuide founders on proper US LLC structuring and avoiding permanent establishment risks3+ years of experience in US LLC taxation, particularly with foreign-owned entitiesExperience preparing Form **** filings and Pro Forma ****Experience working with foreign-owned disregarded entities and multi-member LLCsExperience advising non-US founders
