**We´re looking for: Order Entry / Data Entry Analyst**:
The **Order Entry / Data Entry Analyst** is responsible for the accurate entry, validation, analysis, and follow-up of sales orders within the company’s ERP systems, ensuring that all information is precise, complete, and timely, in compliance with internal guidelines, commercial policies, and customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and process sales orders in the ERP system (preferably JDE), ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, delivery dates, commercial terms, and customer information.
- Validate that sales orders comply with internal procedures, price lists, commercial agreements, and credit policies prior to release.
- Monitor order status and identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies related to incorrect, missing, or inconsistent data within the system.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy, minimizing errors that could impact invoicing, production, shipping, or customer service.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-year related experience




- Working with an ERP system (JDE preferred)
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
- Advanced English.

**Qualifications**:

- To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess:

- Accuracy in entering data
- Strong technical aptitude (system JDE, DFIS, Comet and process)
- Ability to prioritize tasks with urgency
- Excellent math and conceptual skills
