About the Job
Working under the guidance of the Head of AI Strategy, you will independently create and deliver weekly, department-specific training seminars for teams across our enterprise. You will also develop and produce recorded video tutorials and instructional materials to help employees integrate AI solutions into their daily tasks, thereby optimizing efficiency and driving innovation throughout the organization.

As an AI Training Specialist, You Will
- Design & Development of AI Training Programs
- Create engaging, interactive learning materials (presentations, e-learning modules, videos) specifically tailored to various departments and workflows.
- Present (live) engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional methods,



such as presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on activities.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify key areas to focus on.
- Weekly Department-Specific Training Seminars
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate training sessions that address each department’s unique AI needs and workflows.
- Deliver virtual seminars to accommodate diverse learning preferences and geographic locations.
- Video & Content Creation
- Produce recorded video tutorials, step-by-step guides, and best-practice documents to serve as ongoing resources for employees.
- Continuously update and maintain a library of training assets to reflect new technologies and organizational changes.
- AI Tool Implementation & Integration
- Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase, ensuring employees can effectively adopt and utilize AI tools in their roles.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Measure and analyze training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Use feedback and data insights to refine training techniques, materials, and strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to inform the evolution of training programs
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement




- Work closely with the Head of AI Strategy and cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
- Communicate progress, successes, and challenges to key stakeholders, recommending adjustments to meet business needs.

As an AI Training Specialist, You Need
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent.
- Experience designing and delivering engaging technical or AI-related training programs.
- Understanding of AI concepts (GenAI, machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics...) and commonly used AI platforms/tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Cursor...).
- Proven track record of creating engaging training materials for diverse audiences.
- Excellent English presentation and facilitation skills; able to break down complex technical concepts for non-technical learners.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work independently under mínimal supervision.
- A strong desire to accept new challenges and maintain a consistent pursuit of knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating across all levels of the organization.
