Paz Montessori Oaxaca is a growing alternative school located in the beautiful northern region of Oaxaca City.Our school is fully immersed in the Montessori philosophy, certified, and committed to fostering a genuine Montessori environment.We believe in creating a space where children can learn with their hands, heart, and mind in a bilingual setting.**Position**: We are looking for a dedicated, English-speaking Montessori Assistant to join our Children's House (Casa de Niños) environment.This environment serves children aged 3-6, and the role is to assist in creating an engaging, safe, and supportive atmosphere for their learning.**Key Responsibilities**:- Support the lead guide (teacher) in the daily operations of the classroom.- Assist children in their individual and group activities.- Help maintain a prepared Montessori environment, including setting up activities, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean space.- Foster an atmosphere of respect, independence,
