**IT Recruiter (Junior-Mid) - Delivery Focus**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical pre-screen calls
- Support Delivery Managers in building pipelines for current and future requirements

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **1-2 years of experience** in IT recruitment or technical staffing
- Basic understanding of IT roles (developers, cloud, data, infrastructure, etc.)
- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working with an ATS
- Exposure to US or international IT roles
- Basic knowledge of English (reading and understanding technical profiles)

**Work Model**




- **Hybrid role** - combination of on-site work at **WTC Querétaro** and remote days
- Monday to Friday

**Reporting Line**
- Reports to: Delivery / Recruitment Lead
- Works closely with: Delivery Managers and Recruitment Team
- **No direct interaction with clients**

**Job Types**: Contract, Commission, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $17,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
