We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and results-oriented Sales Agent to join the team of a high-end boutique luxury villa. This role is focused on proactive sales calls, building relationships, and securing bookings for one of the most exclusive stays in the Riviera Maya.

**Position Details**:

- Full-Time, Remote Position
- Outbound sales and guest relationship management
- Targeting high-net-worth clients and luxury travelers
- Engaging, outgoing personality with natural charisma
- Quick-thinking, proactive, and a natural problem solver
- Proven sales experience (luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industries preferred)
- Ideally, has first-hand experience staying at luxury hotels or villas (not mandatory)
- Exceptional phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven
