Diamante Cabo San Lucas, a premier luxury golf and resort destination, is seeking a highly motivated and service-driven PGA Golf Professional to join our world-class team. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional golf experiences to an international clientele while upholding the highest standards of instruction, operations, and member/guest engagement. Key Responsibilities

n

Provide high-quality golf instruction to members and guests, including private lessons, clinics, and junior programs

n

Support daily golf operations, including tee sheet management, merchandising, and tournament execution

n

Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Diamante’s luxury hospitality standards

n

Assist in member engagement initiatives, events, and golf experiences

n

Maintain and promote PGA standards of professionalism and ethics

n

Collaborate with the golf operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

n

Contribute to retail sales and merchandising strategies in the golf shop

n

Represent the club in a professional manner at all times Qualifications

n

Class A Member in good standing with the PGA of America (or equivalent international PGA body)

n

Minimum 3–5 years of experience at a high-end golf facility or resort

n

Strong background in instruction and player development

n

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

n





Experience working with international and high-net-worth clientele preferred

n

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

n
