Senem RFP is the first Agent-to-Agent lead referral platform that is designed by an insurance agent, for insurance agents and brokers. The platform enables agents to swap leads they cannot write for leads that meets their underwriting sweet spot. Member agents pay a low monthly flat fee and earn rewards for each lead referral, which enables them to acquire even more qualified leads. We serve independent agents, brokers, and customers across the United States.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales professional - B2 Level English Bilingual position located in Tijuana Mexico. We are launching the platform in September and need rock star sales professionals to sell the platform to insurance agents and brokers. The Sales role involves engaging with potential insurance agents and brokers, customers, understanding their insurance needs, and connecting them with each other. Responsibilities include exceeding sales and agent platform registration targets, and managing the relationships with the agents and brokers. Additionally, the role includes training and overseeing sales activities.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to learn the features of a tech platform quickly
- Ability to present and demonstrate the features as solutions to the agents and brokers problems




- Excellent Communication skills in English
- Proven Sales experience and ability to meet targets
- Sales Management and Training experience
- B2 Level English proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Tijuana, Mexico
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Highly motivated self starter, start-up mentality
- Must have a great telephone voice
- Comfortable cold calling prospects to generate business

Pay: $14,415.92 - $25,969.65 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 22010, Zona Urbana Río Tijuana, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
