We are looking for new team members to join us.

- PART–TIME POSITION AVAILABLE – starting now and continuing to work into the Fall/Winter and beyond (not just a Summer employment)
- Pre‑K (ages 3‑5 years) and Grade School (ages 6‑12 years) instructor (weekday afternoons AND one weekend day)
- Willing to learn gymnastics coaching, coaching ability, high stamina and enthusiasm to move with kids

Job Responsibilities

- Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym’s unique learning environment.
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we will train you).
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.

Qualifications

- Strong enthusiasm, team‑player, and high energy.
- Ability to maintain stamina throughout the class and keep children engaged.
- Background or interest in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – kids and parents appreciate friendly, positive interaction.

Compensation: $17.30–$24.00 per hour.

The Little Gym of La Canada is a locally owned, non‑competitive children’s development center that uses gymnastics as a tool to help grow & develop students. We aim to grow students’ self‑confidence & self‑esteem, as well as their cognitive & physical skills for kids ages 4 months to 12 years old. Time will fly here at The Little Gym of La Canada and you will be part of a community helping kids get stronger and more confident.
