The Company

Our client is a rapidly scaling SaaS company operating in the telematics and GPS fleet management space, with a strong footprint across North America and growing operations in Latin America. They're known for delivering highly customizable fleet tracking solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety for businesses managing mobile assets. With growth targets set aggressively for the Mexican market, they’re investing heavily in local leadership to strengthen commercial execution and team performance.

The Role

They’re currently seeking a Sales Director to take charge of their revenue operations in Mexico. Based out of their Guadalajara office, this individual will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth, expanding existing customer relationships, and building a culture of performance and accountability within the sales organization.

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines sales strategy, team mentorship, and operational execution. The adecuado candidate will be bilingual (Spanish/English), possess a strong background in SaaS sales, and bring a proven ability to lead both mid-market and enterprise sales cycles. They’ll be expected to install process rigor, coach the team through deal execution, and elevate the bar for ownership and accountability across the org.

Requirements

- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience,



ideally in telematics, IoT, or fleet tech.
- Strong command of both Spanish and English—able to coach teams in Spanish and report effectively in English.
- Demonstrated success leading sales teams that cover both mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal structure.
- Track record of building scalable sales processes, running structured deal reviews, and holding reps to KPIs.
- Experience managing or closely partnering with SDR/BDR functions.
- Must be based in Guadalajara or open to working full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

- Lead a local team of SDRs, AEs, and AMs—providing clear direction, regular coaching, and accountability.
- Own full revenue targets for the Mexican region across new business, expansion, and retention.
- Implement and enforce a structured sales process—deal reviews, pipeline tracking, and performance metrics.
- Work alongside a team lead who manages SDRs to ensure alignment and effectiveness at the top of the funnel.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing to tailor campaigns for the Latin American market.
- Drive team morale and culture—this team has been under-managed and needs strong day-to-day leadership.
- Help shift mindset toward ownership and accountability—building a culture that performs with pride.
