Due to business expansion, we are seeking an experienced **Sales Manager** to join our dynamic team!
**Position Summary**:
As the **Sales Manager for ZWCAD**, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in targeted markets.
You will lead a sales team, focus on SME clients, and ensure sales targets are met.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for ZWCAD product line.
- Identify, acquire, and nurture SME clients to build long-term partnerships.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to streamline sales processes.
- Analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and support product/marketing improvements.
- Report sales metrics regularly and contribute to regional sales planning.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Minimum **5 years of sales experience in the CAD software industry**,



with a proven track record.
- Experience in **sales team management**, including coaching and performance monitoring.
- Strong expertise in **SME sales strategies** and customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in **CRM tools** (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is a plus (not mandatory).
- Located in/willing to work in **Querétaro, Mexico** (hybrid remote/office).
**We Offer**:
- **Base salary: $2,500 USD/month** + attractive **monthly commissions & annual bonuses**.
