Individual will be a member of Cognizants NA Talent Acquisition team with a dual reporting relationship to both the team lead and the Recruitment Team Manager. The right candidate will be able to partner effectively with a team of up to 6 recruiters and provide professional support during the recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, processing offer letters, analizing paperwork. Strong organization and prioritization skills are a must. The right candidate is a true team-player - and can successfully work within a larger team of coordinators spread across multiple time zones. Our Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters inst-paced recruiting organization.

The RC is an integral partner in managing hiring activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with therst impression of Cognizant. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal partners and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moments notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.Recruiting CoordinatorResponsibilities include:Provide coordination support to recruiters both locally and virtually.Develop in-depth knowledge of hiring process and systems used in order to provide support Recruiters with the pre-joining and post-joining assessment, and on-boarding process.Use of customized Taleo interface to manage candidate data and generate high volumes of offer letters ensuring accuracy of offer letter prior to sending to candidate.Review new hire paperwor discrepancies and compliance, contact new hires to resolve any paperwork issues. Guide new hire in the onboarding process.Ability to handle repetitive work, with strong organizational skills.Manage confidentiles and other privileged information in a professional manner.Handle total logistical arrangements (including travel if necessarr all in person and video interviews with candidates and various interviewers.Ensure accurate communication and scheduling of phone interviews.Create and manage interview days including scheduling interviewers and arranging logistir candidates; preparing resulders, securing conference rooms, arranging meals.Day to day management of HR Chire and 1C database, including monitoring and identifying open issues in need of responding to recruiters, hiring managers & candidates to assist in the hiring and onboarding experience. Effectively communicate with both interviewers and candidates via phone, email, and instant messenger.Coordinate all logistics arrangemenr candidates on one on one meetings, interview days, and video conference meetings.RC coverage during another recruiting coordinators absence, as required.At least 3-5 years of total work experience with at least 3 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Coordinator position supporting Recruiting or HR departments.
