The function focuses on understanding customers and theidentification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaignsand activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, support the drivefor revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meetagreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level.The role holder isresponsible for:Building a strategy to support CMB LAM /GBM Mexico (business goals)Planning and execution of campaigns, digital, marketing communicationsand eventsSupporting the implementation of our media and content strategy throughdigital properties across the local/regional/global market ? working closelywith agencies and media/content team membersEducating our compliance partners on any new digital initiatives orchannels, and collaborating on new processes or procedures as neededResponsible for coverage(Business partner for Segments) Acting as a champion for Global strategy initiatives Supporting the execution of digital, search and social. Marketingactivities to deliver against the objectives and ambitions of the GlobalMarketing strategy and plan through the use of contentCoordinate events as part of the always on programsSupporting the implementation of the content strategy through media anddigital properties across the local/regional marketActing as a champion for distribution and deployment of Digital contentacross all levels of the organizationIn-flight tracking of performance and measurement of key metrics,summarizing learnings for feeding into future initiativesSupporting the optimization of the customer journey to enhance thecustomer experience and ensure a consistent creative approach across all channelsand points of contact Proactively identifying innovation opportunities locally in consultation with GlobalMarketing Heads Managing the governance of Digital content (including search,SEO and social)Develop and recommend changes and improvements to operating models,procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise and understanding ofHSBC and market best practiceCommunicate and adhere to HSBC policy and procedures in order to ensuregood operational, financial and project management, policy and proceduralcompliance and early identification and effective resolution or escalation ofissues that ariseContribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of aMarketing management information, analysis and reporting framework thatsupports and informs timely and effective business management and decisionmaking at all levelsContribute to the implementation and monitoring of the application ofMarketing policies, governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standardsto ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory complianceCalificacionesCertifications, Qualifications & ExperienceDegree level qualification in marketing and/orbusiness studies preferredMinimum 5 years broad based business experience within a Global FinancialService based institution preferredStrong experience in Strategy &Planning; areas, within large corporate companies, not necessary in marketingactivities but also in strategy projects.A range of Marketing Communications planning and operational experience,including demonstrable success in developing and delivering campaign strategiesand multi-channel high profile campaigns and coordinate events. Experience in marketing communications (digital embedded)Experience in managing partner agencies support Digital Strategy andImplementationExperience and evidence of working within teams over multiple sitesUnderstanding of customer insights and their role in marketing strategydevelopment and delivery as well as communications development Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all developmentactivitiesUnderstanding of communication developments and emerging consumer,business decision maker and industry trends.Proven ability to influence within teams and stakeholdersProven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challengingand dynamic environmentExperience in Large corporate company (matrix reporting) and sometimescomplex to navigate organizationsCampo de trabajo:MercadotecniaTipo de vacante:Vacante del país
