- Respond to vendor, buyer, and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolution of vendor/purchasing/receiving invoice related problems.
- Analyze invoice exceptions and error reports, identifying root causes and implementing timely corrections.
- Research, reconcile, and resolve issues related to invoices, payments, purchase orders, receipts, and account balances.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, identifying outstanding items and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Purchasing, Receiving, Operations, and Vendor Master, to resolve payment and invoice issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions to reduce invoice exceptions and improve vendor satisfaction.
