WPP Production is part of WPP. What does an Editor Motion do at WPP Production? WPP Production is seeking an experienced to join a fast-paced production studio. This is a hybrid creative role combining strong video editing expertise with solid motion graphics and animation skills.

The adecuado candidate is an editor first, with a strong motion design sensibility and the ability to enhance video content through animation, kinetic typography, transitions, compositing, and graphic treatments. You will work across branded content, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, case studies, brand films, and adaptation projects. You will take footage, graphics, photography, and creative assets and transform them into polished, engaging audiovisual content.

You should be comfortable moving between Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, understanding when editorial craft should drive the work and when motion design can elevate the storytelling. This role requires strong visual judgment, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Motion Designers, Producers, Project Managers, and other creative and production teams. As an experienced individual contributor,



you will take ownership of assigned projects and deliver high-quality work from brief through final delivery, while maintaining WPP Production's creative, technical, and brand standards.

Edit and assemble video footage, photography, graphics, animation, and other visual assets into compelling audiovisual content. Create and integrate motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, titles, lower thirds, and graphic treatments within video edits. Use motion design to enhance storytelling, pacing, visual impact, and brand communication.

Work primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro for editing and Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animation, compositing, and visual effects. Interpret creative briefs, storyboards, boards, visual references, and existing creative direction and translate them into polished final content. Integrate footage, photography, typography, illustrations, and graphic assets into cohesive visual compositions.

Adapt and version content for different platforms, formats, markets, languages, aspect ratios, and deliverables. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction across multiple versions and adaptations. Create content for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, pitch materials, case studies, branded content, web, and other audiovisual formats.

Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Motion Designers, Producers, Project Managers, Editors, and other creative and production teams throughout the creative and production process. Work with Producers and Project Managers to understand timelines, priorities, production requirements, and delivery specifications. Organize project files, media assets, compositions, and versions to support efficient collaboration and production workflows.

Prepare projects and assets for editorial, audio, color, Flame, and After Effects workflows when required. Perform quality control on final deliverables to ensure they meet creative, technical, brand, and platform specifications. Explore and apply AI-enabled creative tools responsibly to support ideation, asset development, editing, motion design, content adaptation, and production efficiency.

Evaluate AI-generated content and assets critically, ensuring they meet creative direction, brand standards, and required quality levels. Stay current with developments in video editing, motion design, AI, post-production, and emerging creative technologies.

Effects . Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. Proven experience combining video editing and motion graphics within the same project. Strong understanding of 2D motion design, animation principles, kinetic typography, transitions, and graphic treatments.

Experience creating content for social, digital, branded content, advertising, presentations, case studies, and multi-platform environments. Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, frame rates, aspect ratios, color spaces, and technical delivery specifications.

Experience working within established brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across multiple deliverables. Working knowledge of CG, 3D, and/or Cinema 4D is desirable but not required. Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated content while maintaining strong creative judgment and quality standards.

Advanced

English proficiency, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently on assigned projects while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
