Key Responsibilities

- Remotely monitor and control oil and gas production processes using advanced software and systems.
- Analyze real-time production data to identify inefficiencies, potential failures, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and implement process adjustments and control strategies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery and ensure operational stability.
- Collaborate with on-site field teams via digital communication channels to address operational issues and implement solutions.
- Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges remotely.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations through remote oversight.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil and gas production or process engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with remote monitoring software, SCADA systems, and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of production equipment, artificial lift systems, and process control.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
