Customer Service & Materials Coordinator We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support customer demand management, inventory control, shipping coordination, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage customer releases and analyze demand requirements.
Monitor and maintain Finished Goods (FG) inventory levels.
Coordinate and schedule shipments to meet customer delivery requirements.
Manage customer communication through customer portals and electronic systems.
Monitor EDI transactions and shipping activities within the ERP system.
Handle critical customer requirements and expedite urgent requests.
Collaborate with Production, Materials, Logistics, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Identify, analyze, and resolve supply chain and customer-related issues.
Maintain accurate customer demand and shipment information.
Qualifications English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking): 80% or higher .
Experience managing customer releases, forecasts, and demand requirements.




Knowledge of Finished Goods inventory management.
Experience using ERP systems, preferably in inventory, shipping, and EDI modules.
Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to interpret customer releases and demand fluctuations.
Experience coordinating shipments and managing customer priorities.
