Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts.




Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders regarding delivery status.
Identify and resolve any disruptions or issues within the supply chain.
Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Utilize supply chain management software and tools to manage and track operations.
Requirements Proven experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or operations management.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
