Customer Service & Materials Coordinator We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support customer demand management, inventory control, shipping coordination, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer releases and analyze demand requirements.
• Monitor and maintain Finished Goods (FG) inventory levels.
• Coordinate and schedule shipments to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Manage customer communication through customer portals and electronic systems.
• Monitor EDI transactions and shipping activities within the ERP system.
• Handle critical customer requirements and expedite urgent requests.
• Collaborate with Production, Materials, Logistics, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve supply chain and customer-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer demand and shipment information. Qualifications
• English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking): 80% or higher.
• Experience managing customer releases, forecasts, and demand requirements.




• Knowledge of Finished Goods inventory management.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably in inventory, shipping, and EDI modules.
• Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer releases and demand fluctuations.
• Experience coordinating shipments and managing customer priorities. Skills & Competencies
