Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development projects.

Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements. Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.

Experience creating Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and technical documentation. Ability to manage product backlogs, prioritization, and roadmap planning.

Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Teamwork and collaboration mindset. Ability to manage priorities and drive product delivery.

Experience with Figma.

Experience using Rovo. Valid US Visa. Ability to work closely with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.





Experience managing product roadmaps and software development initiatives is highly preferred. Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Create and maintain Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and API documentation. Collaborate with Development, QA, UX/UI, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery. Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Support

Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor product delivery, business outcomes, and key performance indicators. Ensure solutions meet quality standards, business objectives, and customer needs.
