Ensure compliance with Mexican labour legislation and internal policies.

Monitor key HR metrics to generate data-based insights and guide business actions.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Human Resources Manager Should Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in managerial roles within the Human Resources function.

Ability to design and implement talent management strategies.

Experience overseeing teams and coordinating HR operations.

Proficiency in HR-related technological tools and systems.

Advanced English proficiency.
