Caterpillar is seeking a manufacturing-focused engineer to support painting and assembly processes in our Torreón facility. You will contribute to process improvements, collect data in Excel, and work with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
Adecuado candidates will hold a chemical or industrial engineering degree, have intermediate English, and be comfortable with rotating shifts and AutoCAD as a desirable skill.
