This position reports to:Programs and Operations Leader__In this role, you will oversee Master Data operations and Customer Master Data management within SAP (Torque) ERP. You will drive global process standardization, continuous improvement, and cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and customer experience. Each day, you will lead the process and KPIs for a high-performing team, ensure service excellence, and deliver results against key operational and performance metrics.
The work model for this role is: Hybrid but could be Remote for the idóneo candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee Master Data creation, maintenance, archiving, and governance activities, ensuring high data quality, service continuity, and adherence to agreed service levels.
Lead end-to-end process design and continuous improvement initiatives to standardize, simplify, and automate Master Data processes, improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
Support business users and projects through a network of Master Data specialists and super users, collaborating with Digital, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.
Own the development and ongoing evaluation of performance metrics, reporting, and data analytics across Master Data Operations to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and drive data-driven decisions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Proficiency in SAP/Torque, Salesforce.com and Master Data Governance (MDG).




Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
Proficiency in data analytics, Power BI (or equivalent) and dashboard development.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or black belt) certification or equivalent experience applying continuous improvement and process optimization methodologies.
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

- HybridWhile base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $100,500 and $160,800 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
