We are recruiting a Project Manager for an international manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions.
The company develops and produces molded pulp and paper-based packaging designed to reduce the use of plastic and foam in product packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer projects from initial introduction through production ramp-up.
- Track project information, timelines, and quality requirements.
- Prepare project plans and progress schedules; follow up with internal teams on design and tooling development.
- Organize project documentation and support the transition to mass production.
- Gather customer requirements and feedback, respond promptly, and support customer satisfaction.
- Track new project opportunities and support business development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing company.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Marketing, Business Administration, or a related major is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible and service-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the paper, packaging, or related industries is preferred.
- Customer resources in the 3C electronics industry are preferred.
- English or Spanish proficiency for work is preferred.
