SBM Offshore is seeking an HR Administration Officer in Mexico for a one-year temporary role. You will handle end-to-end HR processes from hiring to termination, maintain employee records in SAP SuccessFactors, and support onboarding with IT, Facilities and HSSE coordination.
The role requires a bachelor or master’s in HR/ psychology/ business administration and 0–3 years of HR generalist experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Mexican residency preferred.
