SoftServe is seeking an experienced cloud operations engineer to provide hands-on L1/L2 support for Databricks and AWS within NextEra Energy’s GSU ecosystem. You will own day-to-day operations, keep critical applications healthy, and use AI-assisted practices to improve troubleshooting and knowledge capture.
Responsibilities include monitoring jobs and pipelines, managing incidents within SLAs, collaborating with product teams, and building automation and runbooks to reduce manual effort.
