Jobgether is seeking a Business Operations Associate based in Mexico for a remote, international role. You will work closely with the VP of Business Operations to drive strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence across cross-functional teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
You will analyze performance, implement OKRs, optimize Notion, and explore AI-enabled process improvements while collaborating with Product, Eng, Finance, People, and GTM teams.
