What We're Looking For
Operates and monitors machinery and equipment used in manufacturing or production processes. This role requires individuals to follow safety protocols, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain efficiency in operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform packing, assembly, and operate machinery as per instructions

Follow work orders, labeling requirements, and productivity standards

Conduct quality tests according to ISO procedures

Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Communicate basic job-related information and collaborate within the team / department

Build productive relationships and contribute to team success

Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and processes under direct supervision

Train team members when directed by supervisors

Uphold and follow company values and standards

Key Skills and Competencies

Basic computer skills

Must be at least 18 years old

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships in a team-oriented environment

Open to receiving guidance, feedback, and constructive instructions from supervisors to ensure adherence to processes and standards

Capable of safely operating and handling light to medium machinery with a focus on precision and adherence to safety protocols

Minimum Education or Equivalent

No diploma required. Basic math and reading / writing skills are needed

Minimum Work Experience

No prior experience required. Training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

Asistir en la recopilación, limpieza y transformación de grandes conjuntos de datos.

Colaborar en el desarrollo, entrenamiento y validación de modelos de Machine Learning.

Realizar análisis exploratorio de datos (EDA) para identificar patrones y tendencias.

Desarrollar visualizaciones de datos efectivas para comunicar resultados.

Participar en la implementación de modelos en entornos de producción (con supervisión).

Investigar y aplicar nuevas técnicas y algoritmos de ciencia de datos y ML.

Colaborar con equipos de producto e ingeniería para entender las necesidades de datos.

Documentar código, procesos y hallazgos de manera clara y concisa.

Mantenerse al día con la investigación y avances en el campo del Machine Learning.

Requirements

Cursando estudios universitarios avanzados (Maestría o Doctorado preferiblemente) o últimos años de Licenciatura en Estadística, Matemáticas, Informática, Física, Ingeniería o un campo cuantitativo
